Laurie McGinley: Art crawl visitors become part of exhibit
Happy art crawlers changed their mood as they cautiously stepped deeper into my loft and the pain of the stories I’m telling right now. The single most moving element this weekend was the transformation as visitors moved from chattering at my door, whispering as they passed the kitchen and standing, somber and stoic, in my living room watching the slide show of war-time images we projected this summer.
