About the Committee

Responsibilities of the Management/Legal Documents Committee:

1. To review and oversee management issues for the Tilsner.

2. To bring member questions and concerns to the Management Agent.

3. To review the performance of the Management Agent, the Onsite Manager,
and Caretakers.

4. To create policies regarding management issues at the Tilsner.

5. To create and maintain the Tilsner member handbook.

6. To maintain all the legal documents for the Tilsner.
