| Tilsner and Garsten Meeting of 7/23/04
Minutes From Meeting with Theresa (Garsten) and Trina (Tilsner Site Manager) of 07/23/04
Present:
Deneen Gannon, Theresa, Trina
1. Deneen asked if Garsten was aware of the Excel Energy “Savers Switch,” which can save residential, and commercial buildings money when installed. Deneen showed a brochure on the switch to Theresa. Theresa stated that yes, Garsten already has this product installed.
2. Deneen mentioned that Nick Walters, VP of the Tilsner Board, had finished his review of the old Tilsner maintenance requests. There were 32 requests for clogged tubs, sinks, and toilets. There were 20 requests for light bulb changes. These maintenance requests came through during a two year period. Based on the review of these requests, it appears that the Tilsner might be able to save some money if we handled some of the simple maintenance requests ourselves. If anyone from the Tilsner is interested in helping with these simple maintenance requests, please contact Deneen.
3. We discussed the current process for handling maintenance requests. Right now, requests are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, emergency requests are given priority.
4. The location of the Tilsner Heppa vacuum was discussed. Theresa thought she knew who currently has the vacuum. Deneen will give this information to the people who are looking for the vacuum.
GARSTEN To-Do’s:

DENEEN To-Do’s:

2. Check on the status of the Tilsner public water filter
