Minutes of The Management/Legal Documents Committee Meeting, Held on 09/14/2005

Minutes:

1. There were no issues for Perennial. Deneen gave an update on the Tilsner liaison meetings with the management agent. Those meetings have been going well, with nothing new to report.

2. Deneen is going to send hard copies of all the Tilsner policy documents to Rebekah, who will scan them so we can get them up on Tilsner.net. Once this work is completed, we will have almost all of the Cooperative legal documents that we wanted up on Tilsner.net.

3. Unfortunately, our good friend and committee member Rebekah will be moving out of the Cooperative next month. Everyone was very sad about this, and there was a lot of whimpering and whining (at least from Deneen).

4. Kait brought up a question regarding Tilsner transfers. She wanted to know, since there is no formal Tilsner cleaning committee right now, if transferring residents could get rent credits for cleaning their own units? We discussed the pros and cons of such a policy. Overall we feel this is a good idea. Deneen will bring this up with Perennial.

5. Other fascinating topics that came up at this meeting were: Lots of details about Nick’s exciting life, a discussion about Jeff’s new ham, and details that Jeff’s band is playing soon. This was much more entertaining than our real work.
