After much delay, Jeffrey has updated his website www.compositionnature.com with some new images including some from a southwest trip into Utah, some of Lake Superior, and others too. Please feel free to check them out on Jeff's website or even make a stop in at the "in-home" gallery to see a large display of framed photographic prints. Exhibition: Composition Nature
Composition Nature is an exhibition by nature photographer jeffrey Hansen at the Visitor Center Gallery, Minnesota Valley National Wildlife refuge, 3815 E. 80th Street., Bloomington, MN. Artist's Reception: Saturday March 22nd, 1pm-4pm. Open to the public: Tuesday to Sunday 9am-5pm. Show runs February 18th to March 30th. Directions: Take 34th Ave. Exist off 494, turn south to 80th St., turn east (left) and drive to the end. Look for signs. One mile E of the Mall of America. (Added: Mar 3, 2003)

Jeffrey Hansen's work has been published in Nature Photographer Magazine and in the St. Paul Pioneer Press for promotions of the St. Paul Art Crawl, which is a bi-annual event that is every Spring and Fall. He has participated in the Art Crawls since 1994, where he opens his home to the public and you can see his newest work and ask him questions. (Added: Jan 1, 2003)

Jeffrey Hansen is a nature photographer who likes exploring the outdoors and capturing the beauty of nature on film. Much of his time is spent traveling to regional State Parks and Nature Reserves in and around the Minnesota area. Currently he is expanding to new horizons across North America while still maintaining a strong focus on the region of Lake Superior.
"As long as I can influence just one person to help discover an appreciation for nature through a photo that I have taken, I will have accomplished something truly beautiful."
