Introducing Lowertown, Saint Paul
Lowertown is an historic, warehouse district in Minnesota's capital city, Saint Paul. The last two decades have seen the steady arrival of both artists' cooperatives and condo projects. Nigel Parry's down and dirty on where to eat, drink, and party in Lowertown, Saint Paul, including all the hotspots! The word "hotspots" is used somewhat ironically, as one of Lowertown's nicknames is "Slowertown". GO
