Auditions for Spring Art Crawl Project!

Upright Egg Theatre Company is holding auditions for their Spring Art Crawl Project! We are seeking 5 passionate performers of any and all types. If you've never been a part of the St Paul Art Crawl, it's an amazingly fun event in beautiful Lowertown St Paul!

ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project will question the inner workings of memory, its fallibility, and how we look at events in time and space. This will be a company created project with text assistance from Jeremy Pickard (who wrote last year's "Uranus"ť). An antique shop, tea leaves, and psychometry are some of the tools we will use to dive into this topic.

"In can be argued that looking into the past requires as much divination as looking in the future"

PRODUCTION DATES
Rehearsal will start March 9th and run Monday-Friday from 6:30-10.

PERFORMANCE DATES

Thursday April 16th
Friday April 17th
Sat April 18th
Monday April 20th

Friday April 24th (During the Art Crawl)
Saturday April 25th (During the Art Crawl)
Sunday April 26th (During the Art Crawl)

AUDITIONS
Will be held Tuesday Feb 24th & Thursday Feb 26th from 7-10
Call backs will be Saturday Feb 28th from noon-2

We are happy to schedule an alternative time if those days don’t work.

Please bring in a headshot and resume and prepare a short monologue. Interesting monologue sides will be provided for cold readings if you would prefer. Also feel free to bring in any props of instruments you may need to show off any special skills (juggling, musical abilities, singing, mad skills with chopsticks, etc.).
