Was the trauma of listening to a litany of names being called to come to the office for Valentine's flowers (knowing yours was not among them, but still hoping it might miraculously appear) one of your worst memories of high school? Come play with us. In The Basement Productions presents the 6th Annual "Love Bites" anti-Valentine's Day show, featuring scenes presented by twin cities theater companies Commedia Beauregard, Upright Egg, and The Flower Shop Project. Auditions for Spring Art Crawl Project!
Upright Egg Theatre Company is holding auditions for their Spring Art Crawl Project! We are seeking 5 passionate performers of any and all types. If you've never been a part of the St Paul Art Crawl, it's an amazingly fun event in beautiful Lowertown St Paul! This project will question the inner workings of memory, its fallibility, and how we look at events in time and space. This will be a company created project with text assistance from Jeremy Pickard (who wrote last year's "Uranus"). An antique shop, tea leaves, and psychometry are some of the tools we will use to dive into this topic. (Added: Feb 5, 2009)
